According to engadget, HP has decided to cancel the release of the upcoming iPAQ 610 Windows Mobile smartphone in the US. HP hasn't given a lot of information on why they canceled the 610 but it seems that there were legal issues with some of their suppliers. HP said, "due to recent legal issues between suppliers of mobile phone technologies, HP has decided not to offer the iPAQ 610 Business Navigator to U.S. customers as previously planned."
