Mio will preview its first GPS-enabled Windows Mobile-based smart phone next week, according to The Register. The A701 runs Windows Mobile 5 (Magneto) on a 520 MHz Intel XScale PXA270 processor with 192MB of RAM.
The phone comes with 1.3 megapixel camera, a 240 x 320 display, Bluetooth, and a SD/MMC card slot. It also has an integrated GPS receiver so there's no flip up antenna or receiver stub.
